Good morning, friends and neighbors! Today is Election Day in MN and the polls are just opening across the state.
If you have never voted in a Primary Election, today is the day to start. If you aren’t sure what that means, “A primary election determines which candidates will be on the ballot in the November general election,” according to the MN Secretary of State (SOS) website.
If you’re not sure who to vote for, don’t worry, there is still plenty of time to get informed before heading to the polls. You can find out who is on your ballot and find your polling place on the SOS website.
MN polling places are typically open from 7am to 8pm. If you have questions about voting in the Primary Election, go to the MN Secretary of State website.
